A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 29:15 on July 29, 2020, the Defendant damaged the 693,000 won of repair costs by gathering stones, which are dangerous articles in IG car, owned by the victim C, who was parked in front of Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu, U.S. and destroying the front glass.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.
2. On July 12, 2020, at around 13:30 on July 12, 2020, the Defendant damaged the victim’s car at least nine times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in annexed hereto, by breaking the G F owner of the victim F, who was parked on the street in front of Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, U.S. and destroying the back door of the driver’s seat of the HG car, thereby damaging the repair cost of KRW 432,980.

3. On August 2, 2020, from around 04:00 to around 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant damaged the property by discovering KG in front of the parking lot of Ulsan-gu H apartment I, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and discovering XG vehicles owned by the victim J, which was parked there, on the ground of an influence, and destroying the repair cost to the extent that the repair cost is 1,542,200 won by cutting down the front and rear door of the above vehicle on the ground of a fire.

4. Around 05:55 on July 1, 2020, the Defendant damaged a passenger car owned by the Defendant by incidental equipment, such as discovering a niver vehicle owned by the Victim M (M, 68 years old) that was parked in front of the Lgate in Ulsan-gu Lgate, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and cutting a stone, which is a dangerous object on the floor, with a stringer on the side of the driver’s seat, so that the car owned by the Defendant would be damaged at a cost of repairing KRW 532,156.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.
5. On July 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered Quburged vehicle owned by the Victim P ( South, 28 years old) who was parked on the top of the U.S. B lending on July 30, 2020; (b) opened several times before and after the top of the operation of the said vehicle.
