A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The number No. 1 through 7 of the seized list shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 10, 2010, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced to two years by the Seoul Central District Court to imprisonment with labor for fraud using computers, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on May 15, 2012.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant violated the Computer, etc. Use Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) entered the card number (G) and the card number (G) and the contact ID and password of the CGV site (www.CGV site) with the above AcGV site after obtaining access to the CGV site (www.CGV.co., Ltd.) by entering the “AcGVV tickets” in the “TGV tickets”, and then purchased an identical amount of KRW 24,000,00 in total, and settled the above F’s credit card price using the above F’s credit card information, from around April 7, 2013; and (b) entered the “AcGVV tickets” in the “CGV tickets” in the “CGV tickets,” and then purchased an identical amount of KRW 24,00,000, and paid it from that time to April 7, 2013 using the above F’s credit card rights.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, obtained a total of 4,063,060 won by making a credit card transaction using other person's credit card information detected by E by improper means, and by making a data processing by inputting information without authority into a computer and other information processing device.

(b) No person violating the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (information and communications network infringement) shall intrude on an information network without access authority.

Nevertheless, around December 3, 2012, the defendant had access to the CGV site using another person's ID and password discovered by improper means of E at the above D's room.
