The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The acquittal portion

1. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant demanded the victim G (the 34 years old) to park properly at the parking lot of the first floor of the F building located in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, the YAE around 12:20 on March 11, 2014, and the victim properly parked and raised an objection, and became a dispute with the victim.

2. The Defendant denies the facts charged.

Direct evidence corresponding to the above facts is made by the victim's statement and indirect evidence is made by the victim's photograph and the injury diagnosis report.
