Reasons
Details of the disposition
The deceased B (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) worked in the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service D, and took a business trip from June 3, 2014 to June 4, 2014 as a supervisor for two-day E-day period from June 3 to June 4, 2014. On June 5, 2014, the Plaintiff, the wife of the deceased, discovered that the body of the deceased had ceased to stop the body of the deceased and transferred the deceased to the hospital. However, on the same day, the deceased was determined as dead around 08:29 on the same day.
(hereinafter referred to as “the instant death accident.” The written autopsy report on the deceased states that a private person is “unexploited,” and the written autopsy report on the deceased states that “the form of death of a person who was killed shall be deemed as falling under a resistant death, but it is not clear that the private person is clearly specified as a private person.”
The Plaintiff requested the Defendant for the payment of compensation for survivors under Article 61 of the Public Officials Pension Act on the ground that the instant death accident occurred due to excessive occupational or stress, but the Defendant rendered a decision on the compensation for survivors’ benefits on January 10, 2014, on the ground that “In the case of the deceased, the deceased shall not be deemed to have died due to his/her own death without clearly indicating the specific cause of death.”
(hereinafter “instant disposition”). The Plaintiff’s assertion as to the legitimacy of the instant disposition is due to stress arising from a sudden change in the work environment and from new businesses, and frequent stress arising from excessive work, which eventually resulted in the instant death, and the death of the deceased shall be deemed to have occurred due to his official duties.
The instant disposition is unlawful on a different premise.

Facts of recognition
The Deceased’s career and work-related deceased’s career shall be appointed as an agricultural journal on January 12, 1998, and thereafter from July 1, 1998 to the date of the death of this case.
