1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on January 20, 2016 as deemed the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. The costs of the lawsuit following the completion of the lawsuit are assessed against.

While the Plaintiff was notified of the legitimate date for pleading of April 29, 2015 and was present at the fourth date for pleading of April 14:20, 2015, the fifth date for pleading of May 20, 2015, which was held on May 14:30, 2015, and the fifth date for pleading of May 20, 2015, which was held on the 10th date for pleading of January 14:0, 2016, and the fact that the Defendant was present at each of the above dates for pleading and did not state his/her opinion is apparent in the record. According to the above facts of recognition, the Plaintiff was notified of the legitimate date for pleading, and the Defendant was present at each of the dates for pleading of pleading, but did not state his/her opinion. Thus, the lawsuit of this case was terminated as withdrawal of litigation on January 20

Therefore, in order to clarify the termination of the lawsuit in this case, a declaration of termination of the lawsuit shall be made, and the litigation costs after the completion of the lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiff.
