Criminal facts

[2] On January 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months for fraud at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison on June 6, 2015.

[2] The Defendant, on October 2016, 201, conspireded with the Victim B, a new citizen, with the Defendant, from February 25, 2017 to April 7, 2017, who was living together with the Defendant, but became the victim after the Defendant’s home.

On April 30, 2018, the Defendant came to know on April 30, 2018 that the damaged person was operating a marina business in the trade name “E” in the ethic City D while driving away from the victim’s whereabouts, and demanded a large number of times to find the victim.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On May 10, 2018, around 17:18, the Defendant driven a G rocketing car owned by the F of the Limited Company without obtaining a driver’s license from around 40 meters from the neighboring Do of the D Building to the D D Building parking lot in the etern City.

B. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant, at around 17:22, without obtaining a driver’s license in a about 7 km section from the street in front of the building D, to the emulative sports complex parking lot located at approximately 470 km in the south-nam Eup/Myeon in the time of emulation.g., the Defendant.
