A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Upon receipt of C’s request from C to request the psychotropic drugs metacopon (hereinafter referred to as “coponon”), the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000 from C to a new bank account in the name of D on October 15, 2013. On the same day, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.3g of a copon, which is contained in plastic paper from C, in front of the building in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E-gu, and 400,000,000 won, which was 40,000 won, from the Defendant’s mother used by C to a new bank account in the name of D. On the 12th of the same month.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to purchase and sell 0.3g of philophones from F to 400,000 won.

2. Upon C’s request, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from C to the new bank account as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) used by C on October 12, 2013. On the same day, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.3g of the philopon, which is enclosed by F, in front of the building above E, and 40,000 won of the philopon on the paper. On the 13th of the same month, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.3g of the philopon in front of the house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to purchase and sell 0.3g philophones from F so that C can purchase approximately 400,000 won.

3. Upon C’s request, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from C to the above new bank account used by the Defendant on October 26, 2013. On the same day, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.3g of opopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopon from F in front of the above E E building on the same day. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant laid down copopopopopopop from the JK Tech located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to purchase and sell 0.3g philophones from F so that C can purchase approximately 400,000 won.

4. The Defendant receives C’s request to rescue phiphones, and around 13:42 on November 27, 2013, from C.
