A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,250,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 13, 2012.

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, does not deal with the psychotropic drugs, such as clickphones (one-name philophones; hereinafter referred to as philophones), assisted the trade of philophones and administered philophones as follows.

1. Intermediation of trade of phiphones;

A. On December 28, 2012, the Defendant received 600,000 won of philophone from Hadon C to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of Dong Jae-si on December 28, 2012, and received 600,000 won of philodon from Hadon on the same day at around 20:30 of the same day, and issued 50,000 won out of the above sales price to Ha to Ha, and Hadon one-time injection containing approximately 0.5 g of philon, and 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant dried the judon in front of Jin-si in the name of Dongcheon-si on the same day with approximately 0.5 g of philon.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and H.

B. On January 5, 2013, the Defendant received 1,00,000 Won from the above C to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of Dong-si, and received transfer of 1,00,000 won for philopon. On the same day, around 16:00, the Defendant issued 90,000 won out of the above purchase price to H and dried for 1,000 won for 1,000 won for philopon in the name of Dong-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sail-si, and 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant dried the wlopter for 1,00 won for philopon containing 0.7g of the above philopon.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and H.

C. On February 11, 2013, upon receipt of a request from C to rescue a phiphone, the Defendant: (a) made C transfer KRW 550,00 to the account in which H is used; (b) made C transfer the amount of KRW 550,00 to the account in which H is used; and (c) made 12:02:10, 00,000 as of the following day.
