A. B entered into an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant building”) with respect to the insurance period from August 22, 2016, which covers fire liability, fire damage (building and household loss loss), etc. (hereinafter “the instant building”), with the insurance period fixed from August 22, 2016.

B. (1) Around January 2017, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement and entered into a lease agreement with B as to subparagraph 205 of the instant building between January 31, 2017 and January 31, 2017, and had lived from January 31, 2017.
