B A Pro-friendly D(V) who had been illegally staying in the Republic of Korea is living together with Vietnam in the name of his or her own.
As a result, Defendant A asked Defendant A to report the birth of a child born by the Defendants. Defendant A reported the birth of the said child to a child born by the Defendants, and the said child acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea, thereby creating a passport of the Republic of Korea on the said child and inviting the said child to enter or depart from Vietnam.
1. On June 28, 2012, Defendant A had the person in charge of the family relations register file a false report of birth under the name of E as if the Defendants had caused the said child, and had the said public official who believed the report enter the birth of the said child in the family relations register, which is the Defendant’s public electronic record, record the false birth of the said child, thereby having the said public official enter the false birth of the said child, and exercised the public electronic record by allowing the said public official to preserve the said false birth record at the same place.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to enter false facts in the family relations register, which is a public electronic record, and exercised a false public electronic record.
2. No person who violates the provisions of any Passport Act shall enter false facts in documents submitted to have a passport issued or reissued, or use other unlawful means to have a passport issued or reissued, or arrange to have a passport issued or reissued;
Nevertheless, on August 10, 2012, the Defendants conspired and placed in the Daegu Seo-gu Office of Daegu-dong 1230-9, the paper for the application for issuance of a passport that was located there, using the official approval color pen to the personal information column “E: E, English name: F, resident registration number, G, address: Seo-gu, Daegu-gu.”
