A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in this case, the prosecution against the violation of the Road Traffic Act is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes on July 6, 2014

A. On July 6, 2014, at around 00:45, the Defendant was driving a Belgium car, which led to the use of the Belgium car, to a peaceful apartment room in front of the E-ju store located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu. However, even though a vehicle was parked on the right side of the road at the time, the vehicle was parked on the right side of the river at the time, but the vehicle was parked on the right side of the road at the time, and did not take necessary measures at the time of the accident.

2. Crimes on October 21, 2014 (2014 Highest 1733)

A. On October 21, 2014, at around 23:56, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., an accident) (i., a driver’s license) and (ii) driven a C Belgium car and proceeded straight along the two-lane road in front of Lart in K in the petition district at the Cheongju-si (i.e., the C Belgium) with one-lane in front of Lart in the front of the application district at the Cheongju-si (i.e., the C Belgium). However, at night, it was difficult for the Defendant to go straight along the Cheongju-si and the one-lane in the front of the Cheongju-si, and even though the vehicles parked on the side of the road, it operated the steering gear
