A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On August 2, 1983, at around 01:00, the victim H (34 years of age) was assaulted five times on the victim’s face on the hand floor on the ground that the defendant was blick with another woman and blicked by the defendant in the room where the victim H (34 years of age) could not know about the G hotel room located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu;

At around 09:00, the Defendant took a kitchen knife on the ground that the victim does not have the clothes of the Defendant at the above place, and expressed the attitude that “abscination of the death” means “abscin,” thereby threatening the victim to any harm to the life and body of the victim;
