A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a school between the victim C (n, 25 years of age) and the victim from September 2012, and the defendant was living together in the victim's residence of the building D in Kimhae-si 301.

1. The Defendant,

(a) assaulting the victim on his/her hand at one time on his/her own hand, with the victim’s breath hand, while having a dispute with the victim about his/her work in his/her residence on November 2012, around 02:00;

C. In December 2012, at around 03:00 on the first and second day of December, 2012, the victim assaulted the victim at one time on the ground that the victim would be hedging at the same place as the preceding paragraph.

2. The Defendant,

A. The above 1-A

In the same time and place as in paragraph (1), the injured party's market price of 290,00 won, which is the injured party's property, has been considerably damaged by making it possible to make a hole in a lot at the injured party's market price;
