A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

In each case, one (No. 1) and one (No. 2) for the gas source (92 cm) seized.

Punishment of the crime

Around 09:00 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant sent a mobile phone text message to the effect that “D” officetel 927 of the 14th floor size above the Defendant’s 14th floor in the Sungsi-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, was drunk, and that “I would commit suicide well in gas supply,” in order to show that the Defendant, who transferred a part-time job to women-friendly E, was in a very extreme difficult situation, was under the influence of alcohol at the Defendant’s dwelling. However, the Defendant neglected such text message, and caused the Defendant to have a gas emission of 3th unit of urban gas supply, which was linked to a Kasi-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant released gas and caused danger to the life, body, or property of the residents of the relevant officetel.

The defendant's place of committing the crime of this case is inside an officetel where many people live, and the crime of this case is heavy since the crime of this case could cause a large human and material damage.

On the other hand, on November 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for the crime of special obstruction of performance of official duties at the Changwon District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on December 4, 2014, and four months after the judgment became final and conclusive.
