Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is living in the house of Naju City, and the victim D(the age of 43) is the defendant living together with the defendant.
On August 2, 2017, around 13:40 on August 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) got a repair technician with a gas valve in a tent with a broken-out gas valve; (b) however, (c) he was in a way to listen to the horses that it is possible to repair, and (d) he was in a kitchen with a mind that he would directly repair.
