Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of the limited company B established for the purpose of gas installation work business, etc. located in Jeonjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D, 101.

On July 13, 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract with the representative meeting of the occupants of the E apartment in order to convert urban gas from LP (LP) gas collective supply facilities to urban gas supply facilities, and performed the replacement of gas measuring instruments, etc. for the above 165 households from October 10, 2015 to December 4, 2015.

When a gas facility constructor constructs liquefied petroleum gas facilities, he/she shall install necessary facilities and devices, such as a gas measuring instrument and an interim valve, in order to ensure the safety of such facilities and to operate the normal facilities, and take appropriate measures therefor, and ensure that the conformity of pipelines can prevent the leakage of liquefied petroleum gas, and he/she shall construct gas facilities in compliance with facility standards and technical standards, such as taking measures to reduce the finish of pipelines, etc.
