Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2015, at around 09:40, the Defendant driven a Clearning car under the influence of alcohol of about 5km from the section of about 0.234% of blood alcohol concentration to the front road of the Gangseo-gu Office located in the Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, to the extent that it is around 949-28-ro, Busan, and around that time.
