A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2015, at around 22:59, the Defendant driven a Bbenz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 3km from the frontway to the normal river path located in the west-dong of Gangseo-gu in Busan, Gangseo-gu to the frontway.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases of Traffic Accidents is a person driving Benz automobiles.

On May 15, 2015, at around 22:59, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, and led the Defendant to drive three streets in front of the Pyeongtaek River basin located in the 1dong of Gangseo-gu, Busan, Busan, along with one-lane from the Kim Sea to the west of Gangseo-gu Office.

At the same time, the victim C(50 years of age) was stopped for left-hand turn at the front of the first-lane, and thus, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front-way and accurately manipulate the steering and steering devices, etc. to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to neglect in Jeonju-si, and caused the following part of the cab to shock the front part of the Defendant’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, the injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc., and the injury to the victim E (53 years old) and the victim F (46 years old), respectively, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
