On May 2, 2016, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven Cbear or a car at about 20 meters from the road near Cbear Park No. 979 Ghana-ro No. 51, 199, to the road front of Cular Park No. 51, 200, as it had been drunk, at around 0.170% of blood alcohol level.
