1. On September 25, 2013, the Defendant returned and disposed of the amount of KRW 99,074,010 to the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff is a corporation that is established on January 3, 2007 and engages in the business of construction checks, construction costs, budget consulting, etc.

A professional bank corporation (hereinafter referred to as "professional bank") entered into an agreement with the defendant on the entrusted operation of the internship, and conducts youth employment internship business (hereinafter referred to as "business of this case") from the defendant.

(1) The Ministry of Employment and Labor’s purpose of the instant project is to provide the job opportunities to young people having difficulties in employment and to arrange suitable human resources for small and medium enterprises having difficulties in job placement, and to provide them with 50% of the wages for the internship period for a maximum of six months (including 800,000 won per month) and to provide them with a fixed amount of 650,000 won per month for the next transition to full-time workers. To implement the instant project, the Ministry of Employment and Labor is to provide the job opportunities every year for young people having difficulties in employment (hereinafter “instant guidelines”).

(2) Each party’s role is set and publicly announced. The Defendant’s role is a small and medium enterprise that enters into an entrusted operation agreement with an operating institution such as a professional bank, provides entrusted business expenses and youth internship subsidies to the operating institution, revokes the settlement of accounts, and selects unemployed youth as an intern and provides them with opportunities for training and employment (hereinafter “working enterprise”).

If this internship is converted to regular workers, a subsidy for conversion to regular workers shall be paid to the executing company.

The operating agency shall guide and publicize the project of this case to unemployed young people, small and medium enterprises, etc., and apply for internships and enterprises who wish to participate in the project of this case.
