All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. The process of filing the instant lawsuit

A. The Plaintiff is a company that conducts job placement business, worker supply business, etc.

B. On December 29, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant on the consignment management agreement for youth employment in small and medium enterprises in 2012 (hereinafter “Agreement on the consignment management of youth employment in 2012”), and entered into an agreement on the consignment management agreement for youth employment in small and medium enterprises (hereinafter “Agreement on the consignment management of youth employment in 2013”) on December 31, 2012, along with the above consignment management agreement for the year 2012, as follows:

(The terms and conditions of each of the entrusted operation agreements of this case shall be entered into on the basis of the entrusted operation agreement of the year 2012, and the entrusted operation agreement of the year 2013 shall be entered into within the overall title only for the changed terms and conditions. Article 1 (Purpose) of the entrusted operation agreement of the youth employment internship system of small and medium enterprises in 2012 shall be prescribed and the defendant and the plaintiff shall enter into the entrusted operation agreement of the youth employment internship of small and medium enterprises in 2012 in order to faithfully comply with the agreement. Article 2 (Agreement Period) of the Agreement shall be from January 2, 2012 until the settlement of the project expenses of the internship of the relevant year is completed [the effective term of the entrusted operation agreement of the year 2013 shall be stated as the "the period of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2013 until the settlement of the project expenses of the internship of the relevant year (the subsidy for internship, the entrusted project expenses, etc.)."

[2] Article 4 (Entrustment of Duties as set forth in the following subparagraphs) shall apply to the Plaintiff:

1. Guidance and publicity on projects for unemployed youth, small and medium enterprises, etc.;

2. Solicitations, including investigations, excavation, etc. of applicants for internships and demand enterprises;

3. Receiving applications from internships and enterprises, and verifying their eligibility;

4. Provision of education to the executing company;

5. Counseling and arranging enterprises, etc. that wish to employ internships and internships;
