Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2015, at around 01:32, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 15k from a section of about 15k from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong to the front road of the Yancheon-dong, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the Yancheon-dong.
