Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2014, at around 06:30, the Defendant driven a B low-est car with the same 0.063% of blood alcohol level 0.063% in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, the same 56-ro, the same 500 meters in front of the Incheon Sung-dong Hospital, prior to the same 836-ro, the road in front of the Incheon Sung-dong Hospital.
