On May 13, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven the 2km car from the backway of Samsung Bio-resources located in the Bupyeong-dong 465, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the ZF Korea road located in 422-2, Cheongcheon-dong, Cheongcheon-dong, 422-2.
