Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on July 13, 2016, with the status of stay C-3 (short-term visit) sojourn status of the Republic of Pakistan (Islaistan, hereinafter “Skististan”) nationality.
B. On August 8, 2016, the Plaintiff filed an application for recognition of refugee status with the Defendant. On November 27, 2017, the Defendant rendered a disposition for recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that it is difficult to recognize “the well-founded fear that there is a risk of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).
C. On December 7, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice against the instant disposition. However, the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on the same ground as on November 29, 2018.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff carried out solar energy-related business in the Pakistan B State.
The Plaintiff, while running its business, received a demand for monetary payment from the former Minister of Justice, B, and C, the former Minister of Justice, and began to be subject to verbal intimidation from November 2015, without complying with the demand for monetary payment.
Then, on April 28, 2016, there was a case in which the plaintiff's fraud between the plaintiff and the plaintiff's employees found the plaintiff's business trip between Malaysia and incidental goods of the warehouse, and also used violence against the plaintiff's employees.
In the event that the plaintiff returns to Pakistan, its home country, it is still likely to be threatened to life or physical freedom by C's fraud.
Nevertheless, the plaintiff's application for refugee status is rejected.
