However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2002, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of attempted special larceny in North Korea branch of the Seoul District Court. On November 6, 2007, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny and two years of suspension of execution. On September 10, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court. On July 24, 201, Defendant A completed the execution of the sentence in the previous prison.

Criminal facts

1. Defendant A

A. On August 12, 2013, the Defendant, in collaboration with D and E, entered H factories of the victim G management company located in the Hahbuk-gun F, the Defendant: (a) went beyond the entrance, and entered the entrance, and then stolen approximately KRW 500 g of the electric wires equivalent to KRW 3 million at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, connected to the power distribution plate located in the said place, by the cutting machine prepared in advance, and was cut off.

B. The Defendant, in collaboration with D and E, entered the place indicated in D and E No. 1’s paragraph (a), around 22:00 in the middle of August 2013, into the factory marina through the entrance, and attempted to steals the victim G-owned wires connected to the power distribution board located in that place, but did not commit a theft, and did not have any theft wire.

C. On August 20, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant came into the place indicated in paragraph 1-A of Article 1, and intruded into the factory building through the entrance door outside the entrance, and then cut off the electric wires of approximately KRW 500,000,00 at the market price owned by the victim G in the said place by the said method.

On August 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant, together with D, intruded into a factory building by entering the place described in paragraph 1(a) beyond the entrance, and entering the factory building via the entrance, and then thefted by the aforementioned method, approximately KRW 2.4 million of the market price of the victim G owned in that place, at approximately KRW 2.4 million.

E. On September 3, 2013, the Defendant, together with D, is located in I in the Chungcheongnam-gu voice group around 03:00.
