Punishment of the crime

On May 2017, the Defendant and C attempted to steals the property of others in order to raise living expenses, etc., and the Defendant conspireded to take charge of the role of searching the objects of crime, etc., and C has driven the vehicle to transport stolen objects.

1. On June 13, 2017, the Defendant and C, along with the cargo vehicle driven by C around June 13, 2017, destroyed approximately 180,000 meters of electric wires at the market price by using the cable receiver prepared in advance for electrical construction by the victim E at the 180s Quaker Cable set up at the construction site of the above construction site and by carrying them onto the cargo vehicle at around 21:39, on June 13, 2017.
