A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized Nos. 6-14, 17-23, and 25-27 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2018, the Defendant sentenced the Suwon District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the said punishment on September 19, 2019.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant purchased Mempophophones (one philopphone, hereinafter “Wlopphones”), a psychotropic drug, on January 2020, the Defendant purchased Memopphones by 550,000 won in cash, and putting about 5 glopphones contained in vinyl C located in Daegu City/Sgu, Seo-gu, and purchased Memopphones with five gopphones located in vinyl B.

B. On February 20, 2020, the Defendant purchased philophones with five ghopon, one of which was 50,000 won in cash, and five ghopon, which was contained in a plastic bag, in the name unclaimed box (hereinafter “D”) located near the F in the Dong-gu, Daegu-si, Daegu-si, on February 2, 2020, in the front-gu, the Defendant purchased philoopphones.

C. On March 20, 2020, the Defendant purchased Handphones and received marijuana from the Defendant on March 3, 2020, who was stopped near Seo-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, on the Defendant’s HKankn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-k-kn-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k

On March 13, 2020, at around 20:00, the Defendant provided 20:0 Handphones without compensation to K on March 13, 202, at around 20:0, the Defendant provided 0:0 Handphones with approximately 0.14 g of phiphones.

E. At around 19:00 on March 28, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection machine at L Hotel Kimpo-si, on March 28, 2020, and dilution with water, and then injection of philophones into his own arms.

F. The Defendant, on March 28, 2020, administered philophones around 21:00.
