Criminal facts

2. At around 22:00 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with water to injecting them into the blood transfusion.

3. On May 15, 2020, the Defendant holding a penphones around 3.43g, approximately 2.81g, and approximately 0.08gg, respectively, in the shopping bags located on a green chair on one’s own.
