A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in one year and six months for committing a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in the Suwon District Court, and the same year.

6.22 The sentence became final and conclusive.

1. Arranging the trade of philophones;

2. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On February 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.35g philophonephones, which was 40,000 won from B, in the vicinity of the Escopic conference located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on February 2, 2015.

B. On February 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold 0.14g of Handphonephones to a police officer on February 2, 2015; (b) purchased and sold 0.14g of Handphones to a police officer with approximately KRW 180,00 from B, and 0.14g of Handphones to him.

C. Around April 18, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, traded phiphones in collusion with B, with H around April 18, 2015 at the G station located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with approximately 650,00 won and approximately 0.7g phiphones.

On April 23, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, sold phiphonephones in collusion with B at around 20:0 on April 23, 2015, at G station located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, with KRW 6.50,00 and approximately 0.7 g of phiphones.
