1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of ten million won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 1, 2012, the Defendant received 1 copy of the corporate card (credit number I) in the name of H in return for the convenience that government-funded materials, such as mobile toilets, produced at H, in the G-Gun Culture and Tourism Office, and office located in the G-gun F in the end of the end of July, 2012, from B so that they can be supplied to the culture and tourism department, construction department, cities, etc., and received 10,000 won from J-owned station from August 1, 2012, and received 3,568,000 won in total from J-owned station to April 1, 2013, and received 42 times in relation to public officials’ duties by having H settle settle the price.

B. On April 1, 2013, the Defendant received cash of KRW 3,500,000 from the representative director C of N, a corporation that received the construction project management (CM) services of M development projects, which the Defendant is in charge of managing the said services, and received a bribe in relation to public officials’ duties, in return for providing convenience to N employees entering the G-Gun Office, etc.

2. Defendant B: (a) at the Office of Culture and Tourism in the G-Gun Culture and Tourism Bureau, located in the G-gun F in the end of July 2012, Defendant B, the end of which is KRW 1.

A bribe equivalent to KRW 3,568,000 has been granted in relation to the duties of public officials by delivering a corporate card under the same name as the statement in the paragraph.

3. Defendant C: (a) around 21:40 on April 1, 2013, at the “Linchi” parking lot located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, the Defendant 2-B.

A bribe was granted in relation to the public official's duties by delivering 3,500,000 won in cash under the same name as described in the paragraph.
