Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with respect to A Myst Automobiles (hereinafter “Plaintiff”), and the Defendant is the owner of BNF rocketing taxi (hereinafter “Defendant taxi”).
B. At around 01:30 on August 25, 2012, C driven the Plaintiff’s vehicle and driven the Plaintiff’s vehicle at the seat of Mapo-gu Office, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, through two lanes in front of the five-lane road, in front of the Seongbuk-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul. By October 10, 2012, the Plaintiff paid insurance proceeds of KRW 3,637,160 with the medical expenses and the amount agreed upon by the third driver D, KRW 638,00 with the medical expenses and the amount agreed upon by the third passenger F, and KRW 2,503,80 with the repair expenses of the third vehicle.

2. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that the instant accident is one-lane in order for Defendant taxi drivers to change the lanes rapidly from the three lanes to the two lanes immediately before the point of the instant accident and to enter the exit of the World Cup stadium.
