A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

No person shall photograph the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his/her will, by using a camera or other similar mechanism or apparatus.

Nevertheless, the Defendant tried to photograph or take a photograph of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a cellular phone with similar functions, over 24 times, as follows, against his will.

1. On August 9, 2014, around 21:50 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:50, taken a shower screen on the window of the bath room in the above residence where the Defendant opened the cell phone located in the Kameras while the Defendant passed the front corridor of the floor of the C building in light of light-time, on August 9, 2014, and taken a shower screen with the victim D (n, 29 years of age) in the bath room.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

2. On August 10, 2014, at around 00:07, the Defendant, on August 10, 2014, committed a crime, at around 00:07, the Defendant taken a screen of the victim F (n, 16 years of age) in the window of the bath room in which the Defendant opened his cell phone in the above dwelling where Kameras was located, and the victim F (n, e.g., the 16 years of age) in the bath room.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

3. On August 10, 2014, the Defendant, on August 10, 2014, taken a brupt of the body of the victim, a female victim, whose name cannot be known at his/her bathing room, in front of his/her cell phone located in G on August 10, 2014, where the Defendant, around 21:34, was living together in front of his/her kitchen in which the number of the apartment house located in G is unknown, and taken a brupt of the body of the victim, who was a female victim, with his/her name unknown at his/her bathing room.

The defendant is similar to Kameras.
