Punishment of the crime

1. On September 17, 2015, around 15:37, the Defendant taken photographs of a female buckbucks part of the name unfucking part of the victim, who was suffering from blue bucks using his Handphones in the transition vehicle of the E station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

2. On October 9, 2015, at around 18:45, the Defendant, within the transition line of the E Station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, taken a part of a female’s flab, with his/her name unflab, who was suffering from skiing luba by using his/her handphone, in a video screen.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

3. On October 28, 2015, at around 13:49, the Defendant taken pictures of the parts of a female’s bridge in the name of the victim, who suffered a boom by using his Handphones in the front line of the E station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was seated with his/her Handphones.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

4. On November 4, 2015, at around 15:51, the Defendant taken pictures of the parts of a woman’s bridge in the name of the victim, who suffered a boom by using his Handphones in the front line of the E station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was seated with his Handphones.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.
