Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Category B of Lone Star Car.

On February 22, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of less than 20km per hour according to the one-lane of the three-lane road from the offside of the Osan City to the parallel of the c apartment in front of the Osan City.

One-lane is the left-hand exclusive road with a sign of prohibition of straight driving on the road, and the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to refrain from driving according to the direction.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected the direction and received the two-lanes in front of the left-hand side of the Defendant’s driving vehicle in the victim’s Ek7 driver’s k7 driver’s car driving, who moved two-lanes to the right-hand side of the same direction as the Defendant’s driving vehicle, in accordance with the front line.
