Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

At around 09:30 on December 4, 2019, the Defendant driven the above morse vehicle, leading to the intersection of the “D” front of the “D” located in Goyang-dong C, Manyang-si, Goyang-si, to the Empt from the direction of the wind.

There are two lanes in front of the intersection, so in such cases, the driver has a duty of care not to pass the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn in order to drive the intersection in accordance with the direction of the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front portion of G K5 automobiles operated by the Victim F (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) who had left to the intersection on the two-lane straight lines, straight lines, and right-hand turn to the intersection by the negligence of passing through the one-lanes with a right-hand prohibition sign, in violation of the direction, at the right-hand side of the said passenger vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
