A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 through 25, 27, 28 shall be confiscated.

1. 경위 사실( 위조 신용카드 취득 경위) 피고인은 2016. 1. 경 말레이시아에서 휴대폰 어 플 리 케이 션 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통해 알게 된 일명 D, E라고 불리는 성명을 알 수 없는 사람들 로부터 위조카드를 가지고 한국에 들어가 비싼 물건들을 사 오면 물건 값의 5%를 지급하겠다는 제안을 받고 자신의 인적 사항 및 여권사진 등을 건네주었다.

On August 22:00, around the street near the airport of Malaysia, the Defendant’s English name “A”, issuing company’s name “A”, U.S. CONNEXS, card number “F”, etc. were forged, and then the Defendant was issued 25 copies of the forged credit card, such as the card number “F”, etc., and then entered Korea at around that time.

On March 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business due to fraud and payment of forged credit cards: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 1,435,00 at H store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “H”; (b) paid with forged credit cards acquired as described in paragraph (1) without intent or ability to pay the price for goods; and (c) received goods worth KRW 1,435,000 from the Defendant.

In addition, from March 19, 2016 to February 20 of the same month, the Defendant acquired the total of KRW 2,270,350 through 29 times, such as the previous list of crimes (3).

3. Around March 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Business due to attempted fraud and attempted payment of forged credit cards, the Defendant, without intent or ability to pay the price for the goods at the point of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in Incheon, at the location of the Incheon Metropolitan City, would pay the price with a forged credit card (AMFN EXS US CONS USS US CONSS, card number I) in the name of the Defendant, acquired as described in paragraph 1, and attempted to obtain goods worth KRW 1,161,00,000, but was refused approval with a forged credit card.
