A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2013, the Defendant purchased tax-free goods on the aircraft by using a credit card under the name of the Defendant whose use has been suspended and offered to dispose of them, upon receiving a proposal from the lowerman C, a single name D, etc. on May 2013 to the effect that “ even if the credit card was paid on the aircraft, i.e., if the credit card was not approved on the aircraft, i.e., if the credit card was not used.”

On May 29, 2013, the Defendant 12:35 on board the aircraft of 102 Asiana and Civil Aviation of 119,000 won in the name of the injured Asiana and Civil Aviation Corporation, and suggested to the injured Asiana and Civil Aviation crew the sum of the 119,000 won in the name of the injured Asiana and Civil Aviation, as follows: 119,000 won in the value of the market; 2WW-II WHITEN SPPPPPPST 1; 29,500 won in total in the market value; 20,000 won in the market value; 30,000 won in the total of 129,50 won in the market value; and 30,000,000 won in the total of the 129,50 won in the market value; and 30,013,00,000 won in the market value of the 20,013,300

However, on May 23, 2013, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the price even if he purchased the said goods, since the use of the said card was suspended due to the overdue payment from Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. and it was impossible for the Defendant to pay the price normally.

The Defendant, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including the receipt of the above goods from the above crew member, is equivalent to KRW 15,209,50 in total from May 29, 2013 to July 20, 2013 using the above modern card, which has been suspended from around 13 times from around 2013 to around 20, and the market price of the goods equivalent to KRW 3,087,50 in total from the victim Asiana Co., Ltd., Ltd., and the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 3,087,50 in total.
