1. All plaintiffs' lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The I church (hereinafter referred to as the “instant church”) is an individual church belonging to the D zone, and independently constitutes a D zone.

(The organization of the J Religious Organization is a party council consisting of the members registered with the religious council, and furthermore, is composed of district councils, local councils, annual councils, and general meetings). The defendant is the personnel committee established within the D Zone pursuant to Article 36 of the J Religious Organization doctrine and the head of the Gu (hereinafter “instant doctrine and head of the Gu”).

B. At around 7:00 on January 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) exempted the instant church pastor from E; (b) left the instant church pastor; and (c) around 7:30 on the same day, the Defendant passed each of the following resolutions (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant resolutions”) with the exemption of F pastors, L pastors, and H pastors from each of the above church doctrine (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant resolutions”).

As indicated in the letter of request for convening the District Personnel Committee on the face of a pastor E, NM’s opinion on the resolution of the transfer of a member of the E gathering that NM was sent ex officio to the instant church, the consent of the head of O and the re-appeal to P, and the consent of the chairperson of Qu declared that the resolution of the transfer of a member of the E gathering, which was sent ex officio to the instant church, passed by the resolution of the members, and that the resolution of the transfer of a member of the E gathering, passed by the chairperson.

2. As stated in the letter of request for convening the District Personnel Committee regarding the appointment of the K Twitman, he/she declares that the Chairman Qu was passed with the consent of the head of P to hold the position of the teacher of the K Twitman in the I Twitman, after re- holding the R, and with the consent of all members present, he/she is the person who will hold the instant church of the K Twit.
