1. The Defendant’s KRW 4,258,400 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from November 22, 2017 to August 27, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the party and the party (1) most of the Korean senior religious orders have the religious order constitution concerning the organization and operation of individual branch churches and their affiliated organizations. The religious order constitution is a general rule concerning all the school affairs, such as the appointment of pastors and the withdrawal of members, and the pastors and the head shall be subject to the trial of the religious order state according to the constitution of the religious order.

On the other hand, each religious order is allowing the holders of the degrees of each new school that they have established to be qualified as pastors and to leave the church to which they belong.

(2) The plaintiff is a church belonging to the A religious organization joint church and the D Workers' Association (the church is divided into the church by region and has its affiliated organization; the church is under its affiliated organization; the church is under its affiliated organization; the individual church is under its affiliated organization; and the individual church is under its affiliated organization. The affairs of the association are decided by the members of each church (including the pastor). The main contents of the articles of association of the plaintiff and the above religious organization including the religious order constitution are as follows.

[Plaintiff’s articles of incorporation] Article 6 (Members of the Plaintiff’s Articles of Incorporation) is a member of the Plaintiff’s religiousism and a member of the three-dimensional religious organization’s politics and authority pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Constitution of A religious organization.

Article 7 (Personnel) A Religious Organizations shall be pastors, roads, and houseworks in accordance with Chapter 2 of Chapter 3 of the politics of A Religious Organizations.

§ 14. (Property) The real property of this church and its affiliated facilities shall be owned by the A religious organization joint B church of the religious service route of reformism.

§ 15 (Management) Political Chapter 9 shall be managed by the party council pursuant to Article 6.

Article 1 of the 9th Council (the principal decision-making body of a church as a member of the Council, including a pastor, which is a member of the Council): The Council shall be organized into a member of the branch church and the head of the Council, but it requires not less than 25 members of the three religious services, and it shall also correspond to the increase in the number of the members of the Council.

Article 6:The Council shall collect a hall for the land and houses belonging to the church (Interim omitted).

Article 7 Meetings of the Council shall be at least once a year.
