Punishment of the crime

1. From April 7, 2012 to May 1, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) of Defendant B operated a single kisc in the name of “H” on the first floor in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the name of “H”. The Defendant had, by receiving 6-70,00 won from a large number of unspecified male descendants who found that place, female employees, I, J, K, L, M, N, etc., and caused them to do a similar act of harming male customers to feel sexual intercourse with their hands and bridges, or harming male guests by neglecting their sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the School Health Act of Defendant B shall perform any act or install any facilities harmful to learning and school health and sanitation in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone;

From April 7, 2012 to May 1, 2012, the Defendant operated commercial sex acts establishments such as those in Seoul Special Metropolitan City G, which are school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones of O elementary schools, and the preceding paragraph.

3. No one shall advertise any business establishment that conducts sexual traffic or arrangement of sexual traffic, etc. in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. of Defendants B;

On August 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) remitted KRW 300,00 to Q Q, an Internet site operator specializing in advertising arranging commercial sex acts; and (b) had Q, Q, Q, publish “the trade name, location, telephone number, cost of commercial sex acts, and employee introduction to suggest commercial sex acts,” which are operated by the Defendant.

4. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic and the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic;

A. Defendant B and Defendant C are named as “H” on the first floor of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
