Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, even though he is not a narcotics handler, treated narcotics as follows:
1. Single crimes;

5) On January 12, 2016, the Defendant, in front of the Defendant’s dwelling in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D 103, injected a phiphone by inserting approximately 0.05 glopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution with biocom, and injection into arms. 6) On January 14, 2016, the Defendant carried approximately 0.18 gopon in the Defendant’s dwelling at the Defendant’s dwelling in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by keeping the philopon in a way that the Defendant kept approximately 0.05 gopon in the Defendant’s seat.
