A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. In January 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of Melopon, Melopon, a psychotropic drug enclosed on paper E, from E, and received Melopon, from E, in a Melopon car located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

2. In February 2013, the Defendant, within the Defendant’s SM5 car in the Gangnam-gu Seoul F apartment parking lot, administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.05 g of philophones into a single-use injection machine as set out in the foregoing 1.

3. On March 5, 2013, the Defendant received a one-time injection device in front of H University G in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which contains approximately 0.1g of philopon, from E, and received and delivered philopon.

4. In March 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05 g of philophones in the Defendant’s SM5 car in the Gangnam-gu Seoul F apartment parking lot as set out in the foregoing 3.

5. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant received a one-time injection device in front of the I convenience store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D from E, and received philopon from E. 0.1g.

6. On April 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of clophones, as in the above 3.m., in the Defendant’s SM5 car in the Gangnam-gu Seoul F apartment parking lot, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with bio-phones.

7. In April 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of clophones in the Defendant’s SM5 car in the Gangnam-gu Seoul F apartment parking lot, as set out in the foregoing 5.

8. The Defendant within the Defendant’s SM5 car in the Gangnam-gu Seoul F apartment parking lot, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in May 2013, and 5.
