A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant purchased marijuana, on December 2, 2016, 15: (a) 21:00~23:00 to 23:00, on the street in front of the Seo-gu Incheon Western apartment, Seo-gu, Busan, and (b) 1.50,000 won in return.

2. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet Fsite at around 22:00, on March 22, 2017, at the Defendant’s residence located in Mapo-gu Seoul Etel 503; (b) deposited bitcos equivalent to KRW 6.50,00 to the address of an unauthorized bitcoin; and (c) on the same day, around 23:00 to 24:00 on March 24, 2017, the Defendant concealed marijuana seller in his name in his/her verification vinyl.

On March 2017, 2017, the Defendant, on two occasions, smoked on March 2, 2017, in a pipe with I while putting in a pipe at around 22:0 to 24:00, at the residence of the above Defendant, and smoked on one-time smoking of marijuana with I, and then, in the same manner as I around 22:0 to 24:00 following the day, at around 24:00.
