A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a national who has naturalizationed from Russian considered, and is not a person dealing with narcotics, etc. ( Naturalization on July 19, 2001).

1. From July 10, 2014 to October 4, 2014, the Defendant smoked in the Defendant’s residence located in Russia No. B during the period from around July 10 to around October 4, 2014, in a manner that deducts the non-fluor amount of marijuana issued by “C” from the end of the tobacco end, and puts the non-fluor in the end of the tobacco at the end of the period, and makes it difficult for the Defendant to smoke.

From November 2, 2014 to January 26, 2015, the Defendant smoked in the same place as described in paragraph (1) of the foregoing Article, and in the same manner as, one person’s name “C” deducteds the tobacco smoke of the end of tobacco, and inserting the smoke in the same place, and attaching a fire to it.

3. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant smoked in the event at the E’s park near the E Company located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the end date of which was 18:00 to 19:00, at the end of the end of the year, narcotics, etc. containing marijuana in which a person, “F,” possessed by “F,” were deducted from the beginning of the tobacco end at the end of the year, and inserted them in the middle of the year by attaching the following fire.
