1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant and the insured, respectively, (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”).

B. Under each of the insurance contracts of this case, the Plaintiff paid insurance proceeds of KRW 67,039,558 in total to the Defendant, as indicated in the following Table 1:

C. The details of each insurance contract that the Defendant concluded with the Defendant as the insured from the time of entering into each of the instant insurance contracts, including the Plaintiff, according to each of the above insurance contracts.
