Punishment of the crime

[The supply of job-seeking benefits in C, D, E, F, and G] C, D, E, F, and G are current or former workers in the KUP in the GU in the GUP in the GUP.

1. C was recognized as eligible for job-seeking benefits by submitting an application for recognition of eligibility to receive benefits to the Employment Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Middle and Middle Local Government around February 25, 2016, after retired from the said workplace around January 31, 2016, while working in the Ebact.

However, on February 5, 2016, C was re-employed to the KJ and received job-seeking benefits worth KRW 6,512,370, in total, six times from March 10, 2016 to August 1, 2016, without notifying this fact to the KJ.

2. D D submitted an application for recognition of eligibility to receive job-seeking benefits to the Employment Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor at the Central and Medium Local Government around July 9, 2015 after retired from the said workplace around June 29, 2015, while working in New and New Es, Inc., and received recognition of eligibility to receive job-seeking benefits.

However, in fact, D was re-employed by the Labor Council around July 28, 2015, but D received job-seeking benefits worth KRW 1,446,320 in total on two occasions from July 23, 2015 to August 20, 2015, without notifying the fact.

3. E worked in E-based factoring, and retired from the above workplace on January 31, 2016, and submitted an application for recognition of eligibility to receive job-seeking benefits to the Employment Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Middle and Medium Local Governments on February 25, 2016, and received recognition of eligibility to receive job-seeking benefits.

However, on February 5, 2016, E was re-employed to the KJ and received job-seeking benefits worth KRW 6,512,370, in total, six times from March 10, 2016 to August 1, 2016, without notifying this fact to the KJ.

4. FF is recognized as eligible for job-seeking benefits by submitting an application for recognition of eligibility to receive benefits to a Employment Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Middle and Middle Local Government on February 18, 2016 after retirement from the said workplace around January 31, 2016, while working in the EF factoring Co., Ltd.
