Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person eligible for unemployment benefits may receive job-seeking benefits from an employment security office where the insured unit period, which forms the basis for the payment of remuneration, is at least 180 days in total during the insured period between the 18-month period prior to this position.

From February 1, 2016 to February 24, 2017, the Defendant did not provide labor for about 13 months in the “FFFFFFR” etc. during the period from around February 1, 2016, and thus, did not intend to receive job-seeking benefits, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not entitled to receive job-seeking benefits, by reporting false labor facts and receiving unemployment benefits.

On April 19, 2017, the Defendant received an application for recognition of eligibility for job-seeking benefits at the Employment Center at the Employment Center at the Employment Center at the Employment Center at the Employment Center at the Regional Employment Center at the Regional Employment Center at Ansan-si at Ansan-si around 303, and received unemployment benefits for a period of 90 days.

The Defendant applied for unemployment benefits for the period from April 26, 201 to May 10, 2017 to May 10, 2017, and for unemployment benefits for the period from May 11, 2017 to May 10, 2017, and paid KRW 698,760 as unemployment benefits; and (2) as of May 31, 2017, applied for unemployment benefits for the period from May 11, 201 to May 31, 2017 to 21 days from May 31, 2017 to KRW 978,260 as unemployment benefits; and (3) as of June 28, 2017 to receive benefits for the period from June 26, 2017 to 207; and (4) as of June 27, 2017 to receive benefits for the period from June 28, 2017 to 30 days from June 27, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant was paid unemployment benefits by deceiving a person in charge of the Ansan Employment Center and receiving property from the victim's Republic of Korea at the same time by fraud or other improper means.
