1. On March 19, 2016, Defendant A driven Efrane XG cars while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.050% without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 300 meters from the front side of the 14-lane to the front side of the D cafeteria located in the same city from the 14-lane-si university around 21:30 on March 19, 2016.
2. When Defendant A violated the Resident Registration Act, around the day specified in paragraph (1), controlled the driving of alcohol in front of the D cafeteria located in the Do-si, Incheon Metropolitan City, by drinking, Defendant A illegally used Defendant A’s resident registration certificate by presenting Defendant A’s fraudulent H’s resident registration certificate as if Defendant A’s resident registration certificate was the Defendant’s resident registration certificate.
3.
