Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant’s election of National Assembly members of the 20th National Assembly ( election period, March 31, 2016), which was scheduled to be held on April 13, 2016, with interest of the chairperson of (state) E located in Dong in the Gyeongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
